2月10日，万科A发布公告称，万科企业股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司（以下简称“深铁集团”）拟向公司提供借款（以下简称“股东借款”），借款金额为28亿元，用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券的本金与利息。

　　据悉，该笔股东借款定价基准为每笔借款提款日前一工作日全国银行间同业拆借中心公布的1年期贷款市场报价利率（LPR），浮动点数为减76个基点，目前为2.34%。公司则提供不超过价值40亿元的资产进行质押，质押率设定为70%。初始是以公司持有的万物云空间科技服务股份有限公司（万物云）市值为40亿元的股票提供质押担保。
