智通财经APP讯，中播数据(00471)发布公告，于2025年2月11日，本公司与认购人(Advance Sino Investments Limited、及Peak Honour Limited)订立有关认购合共570万股新股份的认购协议，以每股认购股份0.85港元的认购价计算，总代价约为484.5万港元。
认购价为每股股份于2025年2月11日(即认购协议日期)下午四时正于联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.82港元溢价约3.66%。
570万股新股份的认购股份，相当于本公司现有已发行股份约6.36%，以及占经扩大股份约5.98%。认购股份将会根据一般授权发行，且与现有股份享有同等地位。
发行认购股份的所得款项总额预计约为484.5万港元，而发行认购股份的所得款项净额(扣除开支后)将约为476.5万港元。本公司拟将所得款项净额用作本集团的一般营运资金，预计将用于以下目的：约200万港元用于支付专业费用;及约280万港元用于支付员工薪金、办公室租金、其他经营及水电费开支，预计于2025年6月前获悉数动用。
