诺发集团(01360.HK) 公布，周一(10日)接获联交所的函件。据悉，联交所已向该公司下达额外复牌指引，包括处理由不发表意见引发的问题，确实无需再发出不发表意见及披露足够资料，令投资者可在知情的情况下对公司的财务状况作出评估；进行独立内控检讨，证明公司已设立足够内部监控及程序以遵守上市规则；向市场公布所有重大资讯，以供股东及投资者评估公司状况等。
诺发集团表示，目前正采取适当的措施以符合复牌指引，并将尽快寻求恢复股份买卖。
另外，应诺发集团之要求，其股份自2023年10月3日起已在联交所停牌，并将继续暂停买卖直至另行通知为止。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
