BlockBeats 消息，2 月 10 日，据 News1 报道，韩国金融监督院（FSS）发布 2025 年度工作计划，宣布将在今年推出加密资产信息披露的自律监管规范。
在第二阶段立法尚未完成的情况下，此举旨在最大程度减少监管空白。金融监督院表示，除了制定信息披露自律规范外，还将出台广告营销等业务行为准则。该机构还将积极支持国会和政府推进的第二阶段立法工作，并计划研究国际加密资产创新监管体系，为立法提供参考。
FSS 院长李复铉强调，将支持法人实名账户开设，完善符合国际标准的第二阶段立法。此外，FSS 还将建设“加密资产调查系统二期”，加强对加密资产价格和交易量的监控。
