　　知情人士称，这家总部位于伦敦的公司势将在第二季度开始为BC Partners Fund XII筹集资金。由于讨论机密信息，知情人士要求匿名。知情人士说，该基金的目标是在今年年底前完成首次募集。

　　知情人士说，相关讨论正在进行中，新基金的规模和时间可能会根据市场情况而变化。BC Partners拒绝就其融资计划置评。

　　过去几年，私募股权公司融资一直充满压力，许多投资者要么涌向提供一系列策略的大型资产管理公司，要么涌向专注于利基策略的专业公司。一些主要投资者正在加倍努力与业绩最好的公司建立关系，并减少他们投资的私募股权公司数量，以寻求缓解回报放缓的影响。
