Solis Minerals (ASX:SLM) appointed Mitch Thomas as Chief Executive Officer, effective in March, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Thomas was previously Chief Financial Officer of Latin Resources (ASX:LRS) and the CFO of the battery materials business under Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO), per the filing.
Shares of Solis Minerals surged 38% in recent trade.
