智通财经APP获悉，古茗(01364)首挂上市，每股定价9.94港元，共发行1.82亿股股份，每手400股，所得款项净额约17.21亿港元。该股盘中涨超3%，截至发稿，涨0.1%，报9.95港元，成交额6.96亿港元。
公开资料显示，古茗是一家行业领先、快速增长的中国现制饮品企业，致力于向消费者提供新鲜美味、出品一致、价格亲民的高质量产品。按2023年的商品销售额(GMV)及截至2023年12月31日的门店数量计，“古茗”均是中国最大的大众现制茶饮店品牌，亦是全价格带下中国第二大现制茶饮店品牌。
古茗主要通过加盟模式，开设门店并运营”古茗”品牌。截至2023年12月31日，古茗的门店网络涵盖9,001家门店，较2022年12月31日增加35.0%，并于2024年9月30日扩展至9,778家门店。截至2024年9月30日止九个月，古茗的GMV为人民币166亿元，较2023年同期增加20.4%。
