西藏水资源(01115.HK) 公布，建议发行本金额1.38亿元2025年到期8厘可换股债券，初步换股价0.345元，较昨日(13日)收市价0.34元溢价约1.47%，可悉数转换为4亿股，相当于扩大后股本约8.03%。
公司指出，债券发行实际上将使其能够为其现有债务进行再融资并延长其债务期限，亦将使公司在保留其业务发展及营运所需营运资金的同时，为未来的现金管理提供更多灵活性。(jl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
