格隆汇2月14日丨中国环境资源(01130.HK)公布，经公司与各尚余承授人之间各自相互协议后，发行在外购股权已经根据购股权计划的条款自本公布日期起注销。紧随上述注销后，公司并无发行在外的购股权。
于2025年2月14日，公司决议根据购股权计划向集团15名合资格人士授出合共29,604,636份购股权，以供认购合共29,604,636股股份（相当于截至本公布日期已发行股份总数约6.06%），购股权行使价0.3港元。
