智通财经APP讯，力宝(00226)发布公告，预期本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度(本年度)可能取得所占合营企业的亏损约11亿港元至约13亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023)则取得所占溢利约1.7亿港元。该亏损主要由于Hongkong Chinese Limited(为本公司的前附属公司)一间主要合营企业的附属公司OUE Limited(OUE，一间于新加坡证券交易所有限公司主板上市的公司，连同其附属公司，合称“OUE集团”)所占的亏损。根据OUE于本公布日期发出有关其于本年度未经审核财务业绩的溢利指引的公布(OUE公布)，OUE集团预期于本年度取得股东应占亏损，亏损主要由于所占来自其按权益法入账的 投资对象约1.95亿坡元至约2.23亿坡元的亏损，该亏损乃由于该投资对象受到中国内地现行物业市场放缓及现时经济环境的不利影响所致(2023年：溢利1600万坡元);及股东应占OUE集团投资物业的整体公平值亏损净额约7900万坡元(2023年：亏损2400万坡元)。根据OUE公布，由所占来自按权益法入账的投资对象的亏损及投资物业的公平值亏损净额引致的亏损主要为非现金性质及并无对OUE集团的营运现金流及企业融资要求有重大影响。
