　　朗廷-SS（01270）公布2024年度全年业绩，酒店组合收入约15.877亿港元，同比减少1.9%；物业收益净额约3.81亿港元，同比减少22.97%；股份合订单位持有人应占溢利约2.32亿港元，同比减少78.6%；可分派收入为1.13亿港元，同比减少62%；每股份合订单位的末期分派为1.6港仙。

　　公告称，溢利减少绝大部分是由于 2023 年投资物业公平值大幅增加9.263亿港元，而 2024 年的增幅则较为温和，仅为1.865亿港元。
