【Yuga Labs 出售 Meebits 知识产权，专注于 Bored Ape Yacht Club 和 Otherside】金色财经报道，由 1confirmation 支持的公司 MeebCo 已从 Yuga Labs 收购 Meebits，具体收购金额暂未披露。据悉， Meebits 将推出一个参与驱动的奖励系统 Bits 并与 OpenSea 建立合作伙伴关系。 在 Meebits 出售后，Yuga Labs 计划专注于Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT 品牌及其Otherside元宇宙项目。Yuga Labs 首席执行官 Daniel Alegre 曾表示，在 2023 年 10 月公司重组和裁员后，公司将优先发展 Otherside ，同时利用现有的品牌合作伙伴关系。该公司还收购了Proof Collective 公司及其 NFT 系列 Moonbirds，并计划在去年年初将该项目纳入 Otherside。
