智通财经APP讯，金地商置(00535)公布，与2023年度的公司持有人应占溢利约人民币 3.43 亿元比较，该集团预计2024年度可能取得公司持有人应占亏损约人民币 42 亿元至48 亿元。溢利减少主要是由于本年度部分低毛利物业发展项目结转以致整体结转毛利下降; 及本年度合营及联营公司结转的各物业项目毛利率减少以致合营及联营公司的应占盈利有所减少; 及本年度发展中及待出售物业(包括联合营项目存货)的减值拨备大幅增加。
