第四范式完成配售2792万新H股
财中社2月13日电第四范式（06682）发布公告，宣布根据配售协议成功完成新H股的配售。此次配售于2025年2月13日落实，配售价格为每股50.2港元，合共配售2792万股股份，约占配售完成前已发行股份总数的10.46%及已发行股份总数的5.99%。配售后，公司的已发行股份总数增至4.94亿股，其中包括2.95亿股H股和1.99亿股未上市股份。
配售事项完成后，公司的股权结构发生了一定变化。戴文渊博士在配售前持有1.43亿股股份，占已发行股份总数的30.74%，配售后降至29%。未上市股份的公众持有人占比也有所下降，从11.95%降至11.27%。H股方面，配售后，戴博士未持有承配人股份，其他H股公众持有人比例从50.88%降至48%。此次配售后，公司仍确保公众持股量不低于25%。
