观点网讯：2月16日，中国中信金融资产管理股份有限公司（股份代号：2799）发布公告，宣布了关于副总裁任职资格的核准信息。
公告显示，经公司董事会会议审议通过，陈鹏君先生已获聘任为公司副总裁，任职资格需待国家金融监督管理总局核准。
中信金融资产宣布，公司于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于陈鹏君中国中信金融资产管理股份有限公司副总裁任职资格的批复》（金复[2025]99号），陈鹏君担任公司副总裁的任职资格已获得核准。
根据相关规定及如公告所披露，陈鹏君履行副总裁职务的任期自2025年2月13日起，至董事会另聘或解聘为止。
