智通财经APP获悉，2月13日，第四范式(06682)发布公告，宣布新股配售项目已顺利交割。本次配售共计新增2792万股股份，发行价格为每股50.20港元，配售募集资金总额约为14亿港元。华泰于本次配售发行担任整体协调人及联席配售代理。
本次配售发行不仅是港股市场2025年度首单人工智能领域配售项目，同时也是港股市场2025年度融资规模最大的配售项目。
