智通财经APP讯，慧居科技(02481)发布公告，于2025年2月13日，董事会批准订立3项买卖协议;根据买卖协议，卖方(江苏双良邦极电子有限公司)与3名买方(呼伦贝尔双良、兰州双良及朔州再生能源，均为公司的间接附属公司)于同日订立3项买卖协议，据此，卖方同意出售，且各买方同意根据协议以对价人民币300万元采购指定台数的节能电磁开关电机。
将予采购的机械设备为换热站所使用的节能设备。购买机械设备将降低集团业务的经营成本。此外，通过减少每单位热能生产的能源消耗和温室气体排放，这些机械设备将使集团能够更好地实现环境保护目标，从而进一步推进集团长期实现可持续绿色供热的愿景。
