智通财经APP讯，申港控股(08631)发布公告，股东于2025年1月23日举行的股东特别大会上通过一项特别决议案以批准更改公司名称后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长发出更改名称注册证书，核证公司已将其英文名称由“Sun Kong Holdings Limited”更改为“Yufengchang Holdings Limited”，并将其中文双重外文名称由“申港控股有限公司”更改为“裕丰昌控股有限公司”，均于2025年1月28日生效，且香港公司注册处亦于2025年2月12日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证书，确认公司的新英文名称及新中文双重外文名称已根据《公司条例》(香港法例第622章)第16部于香港注册。
股份将于2025年2月18日上午9时正起以新英文股份简称“YUFENGCHANG HLD”及中文股份简称“裕丰昌控股”于联交所买卖，以取代英文“SUN KONG HLDGS”及中文“申港控股”。公司于联交所的股份代号保持不变。
