(i)对与未经授权担保、非控股权益贷款A、非控股权益贷款B及出售事项有关的事宜进行独立法证调查，以识别可有任何未经授权的贷款/担保、评估对该公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果及采取适当的补救措施;
(ii)证明并不存在监管当局对集团管理层及/或对该公司管理及营运有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及/或品格可能会为投资者带来风险及损害市场信心的合理疑虑;及
(iii)进行独立内部监控审查，证明该公司已就遵守《上市规则》实施足够的内部监控及程序。
