McPherson's (ASX:MCP) said Chief Executive Brett Charlton has been charged with a contravention of section 1308 of the Corporations Act 2001 in relation to a position he held with a prior employer in 2018, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The charge is unrelated to Charlton's current role, the filing said, adding that the board will monitor developments and assess any implications for the company.
