消息面上，交银国际近日发布研报称，上调新意网集团目标价16%，从4.5港元升至5.22港元，维持“买入”评级。该行认为，鉴于生成式人工智能对数据中心的需求旺盛，交银国际预期新意网的业绩在利用率、用电量和定价方面均有潜在上升空间。将2025/2026/2027财政年度的EBITDA预测分别上调2.6%/6.6%/3.7%至22.08亿港元/25.42亿港元/28.6亿港元。
新意网将于2月25日发布其2025上半财年业绩，该行预计2025上半财年将实现高个位数同比增长，EBITDA 低双位同比增长。MEGA IDC将成为未来的关键驱动力，如第一期剩余部分的租赁进度加快将成为主要股价催化剂。该行还预计2025财年的利息支出将适度下降，推动净利润更快成长，预计2025上半财年公司的净利年增超过20%
