智通财经APP讯，中国蜀塔(08623)公布，公司建议以每股供股股份0.11港元的认购价，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股0.118港元折让约6.78%，按于记录日期每持有两股现有股份可获发1股供股股份的基准，透过向合资格股东发行最多5520万股供股股份的方式进行供股，筹集所得款项总额最多约607.2万港元(假设自本公布日期起直至记录日期已发行股份数目并无变动)。供股不适用于不合资格股东。
估计供股所得款项净额(经扣除供股相关开支后)将约为533万港元(假设于记录日期或之前本公司的已发行股本并无变动，且供股股份获悉数承购)。 约30%将用于偿还集团债务及借款;约40%将用于投资非汽车产业;及约30%将用于集团一般营运资金。
此外，股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位将由1万股股份更改为4万股股份，自2025年3月24日(星期一)上午九时正起生效。
