DXN's (ASX:DXN) Non-Executive Chair Abigail Cheadle has stepped down and will continue as non-executive director, the company said in a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Myo Ohn was appointed as the modular data center firm's non-independent, non-executive chair, effective immediately, the filing added.
