智通财经APP讯，中远海能(600026.SH)发布公告，2025年2月14日，公司二〇二五年第二次董事会会议审议通过了《关于新造2艘阿芙拉型、2艘LR2型及2艘巴拿马型油轮的议案》(详见公司于2025年2月13日发布的2025-011号公告)，同意公司及所属公司在中远海运重工有限公司(简称“中远海运重工”)所属船厂建造6艘油轮，项目总投资(含6艘船舶的建造期利息、监造费等资本化费用)约为人民币34.96亿元(合同总价为33.92亿元)。
