智通财经APP讯，天保能源(01671)公布，于2025年1月24日，公司与天津天开科技服务有限公司订立战略合作协议，双方将展开广泛而深入的合作。本战略合作协议合作期限自战略合作协议签订之日起五年。
根据战略合作协议，双方相信，通过本次战略合作，将促进双方合作共赢，达到应用科技赋能，推进企业持续快速发展的目的。
公司与天开中试基地拟成立“天保能源产业技术研究院”，开展围绕能源技术的科技成果转化赋能的共享中试平台，并探讨科技成果转化及中试后形成产品的创新业务经营的开展。
董事会认为，通过战略合作协议，双方将充分发挥其自身优势，推进本公司与高校的科技成果转化合作。因此，订立本战略合作协议符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
