智通财经APP获悉，知行汽车科技(01274)高开逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.13%，报23.1港元，成交额90.55万港元。
消息面上，知行汽车科技宣布，公司董事长、首席执行官、执行董事兼控股股东宋阳，执行董事李双江及监事兼监事会主席罗红自愿承诺，自2025年2月13日起的12个月内，不以任何方式出售他们直接持有的公司股份。公告显示，于公告日期，所持受禁售承诺规限的股份总数为6597.52万股，占公司已发行股份约28.59%。
值得注意的是，知行汽车科技近期宣布配股筹资，所得款项净额约为2.28亿港元，拟将60%用于提升高阶智驾、驾舱一体解决方案及产品的研发，10%用于有关提升研发设施及生产设施的资本开支，5%用于扩大海外销售及服务网络，及25%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
