智通财经APP讯，中昌国际控股(00859)公布，近日，公司接到间接控股股东中国信达资产管理股份有限公司(中国信达)的通知，中国信达的控股股东中华人民共和国财政部拟将其持有的全部22,137,239,084股中国信达内资股(约占中国信达已发行股份总额的58%)无偿划转至中央汇金投资有限责任公司(汇金公司)。
本次无偿划转完成后，财政部不再持有中国信达股份，汇金公司将直接持有中国信达22,137,239,084股内资股(约占中国信达已发行股份总额的58%)，成为中国信达的控股股东。本次无偿划转完成后，中国信达仍为国有控股金融机构，而该公司的直接控股股东无变动。
