智通财经APP讯，联合能源集团(00467)发布公告，于2025年2月14日，SSIHL(公司的全资附属公司)与东方产发订立目标公司买卖协议，据此，SSIHL 同意购买及东方产发同意出售目标公司东方集团北京投资控股有限公司股权。
公告称，股权收购与公司目前扩展其能源相关经营业务的策略一致。鉴于集团于南亚地区的现有业务，收购事项将于公司内缔造策略协同效益。集团秉持“传统能源与新能源双轮互动”的战略方针，通过在东欧及伊拉克等关键市场成功布局新能源资产，通过本次股权收购，使公司进一步构建了多元化、高效益的优质清洁能源资产配置组合，充分彰显集团在能源领域的综合竞争力。此战略不仅与全球碳中和理念和行动保持高度一致，与低碳经济转型趋势深度契合，增强公司在环境、社会与治理(ESG)领域的领导力和可持续价值创造，更通过跨区域资源整合，为集团实现“绿色转型”及“清洁能源发展愿景”注入强劲动力，进一步巩固集团于国际能源市场中的可持续发展领导地位。凭借管理层于能源相关业务的丰富经验，集团已成功扩展其业务，使之成为能源相关行业重要一员。公司相信，股权收购有利集团持续发展。
