2月14日消息，香港交易所涨超2%，报33.6港元，成交额14.09亿港元，总市值4229.5亿港元。

　　消息面上，香港财经事务及库务局局长许正宇称，香港证监会和香港交易所正积极研究如何调整现有的上市规则。香港希望为包括深圳企业在内的内地公司筹集资金提供进一步便利，将在今年晚些时候宣布修改计划，旨在降低筹资门槛、优化市场结构及改善公司治理。
