智通财经APP讯，致丰工业电子(01710)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度取得公司股权持有人应占溢利约100万港元至约1100万港元之间，与截至上年同期公司股权持有人应占溢利约4710万港元相比有所减少。
公告称，预期溢利减少主要是由于以下原因：集团的收益下跌，乃由于欧洲及北美市场对其智能售卖系统及开关电源产品的需求减弱，此乃受该等地区经济增长温和放缓所影响;于2023年12月31日止年度的存货减值亏损拨回而产生的其他经营收入减少;在新能源相关市场发展新业务项目的营运成本增加;及物业、厂房及设备租赁装修折旧增加。
