公告指，BHCC HOLDING最近与其他市场参与者签订合资协议，各方将成立合资企业，用于租赁及开发位于新加坡Dairy Farm Walk的一幅住宅用地。这标志着BHCC HOLDING参与的第二个主要房地产开发项目，也是首个住宅用地项目，使集团能够进一步扩展其物业发展业务并多元化其开发组合。
