兖矿能源：新风光科技拟出资5593万元增资附属公司东方机电
兖矿能源（600188/01171）发布公告，公告指出公司全资附属公司东华重工于2025年2月14日与新风光科技及东方机电签署增资协议。根据协议，新风光科技拟以现金方式出资5593万元认缴东方机电新增注册资本，其中5000万元计入实收资本，593万元计入资本公积。增资完成后，新风光科技持有东方机电50%的股权，东华重工持有47.168%的股权，东方机电将不再是公司的附属公司，其的注册资本为5000万元，增资后注册资本将增至1亿元。评估显示，东方机电的资产总额账面价值为2.97亿元，评估价值为3.05亿元，增值率为2.39%。本次增资预计不会对公司产生盈亏影响，也不会对集团的资产和负债造成重大影响。
2024年前三季度，兖矿能源实现收入1066.33亿元，归母净利润114.05亿元。
