财中社2月14日电金地商置（00535）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的年度业绩将出现显著亏损。根据初步审阅的未审计综合管理账目，预计本公司持有人应占亏损将在42亿元至48亿元之间，而截至2023年12月31日的持有人应占溢利为3.43亿元。这一巨额亏损的主要原因包括部分低毛利物业发展项目结转导致整体结转毛利下降，以及合营和联营公司的物业项目毛利率减少，影响了应占盈利。此外，本年度发展中及待出售物业的减值拨备大幅增加也对业绩造成了负面影响。
