　　西藏水资源（01115）发布公告，于2025年2月13日，公司拟向认购人Wholeking Holdings Limited发行本金总额1.38亿港元的8%可换股债券。

　　假设债券按初步换股价0.345港元悉数转换，债券将可转换为4亿股股份，相当于公司现有已发行股本的约8.74%及公司经发行转换股份扩大后已发行股本的约8.03%。
