一图解码：比优集团转板申请获批 立足民爆及矿产领域 收入呈改善迹象
近日，比优集团转港交所主板上市的申请已获批准，预期将于2月18日在主板上市，主板股份代号为9893。
比优集团成立于2003年，前身是中国电力科技控股有限公司。2012年变更实际控制人，开始逐步拓展创新业务；2013年发展有色金属贸易业务，此后逐步置出学校网络整合服务等原有亏损业务，以聚焦具备核心竞争力的新业务；2015年7月注入民爆业务，利润空间进一步放大。目前，比优集团主要在中国及塔吉克斯坦从事生产及销售爆炸物品及提供爆破作业和相关服务，以及在中国开采、加工及销售矿产品。
业绩方面，截至2024年9月30日止6个月，比优集团录得收入约8.59亿，同比增长约34.4%；股东应占溢利约8547.4万元，同比减少约13.4%。
