智通财经APP讯，中远海能(01138)发布公告，于2025年2月14日，集团与大连中远海运重工及扬州中远海运重工就建造六艘油轮订立造船合约，总代价为人民币33.92亿元。
公告称，船舶为两艘按每艘以结构吃水计担保载重量74000载重吨的巴拿马型甲醇燃料预留(Ready)原油╱成品油轮。
公告称，本次新造船舶是集团贯彻落实油轮船队发展规划、推进船队绿色低碳建设的重要举措。集团计划通过新建船舶与现有船舶升级改造等形式，稳步提升清洁能源动力船舶占比，降低船舶运营对环境生态的影响以提升ESG治理效果和水平。
随着新船的交付，将进一步优化集团整体油轮船队船龄结构，提升内外贸油运竞争优势，助力集团全球化布局，提升整体盈利能力和股东回报水平。根据集团内部测算，此次建造六艘油轮具备较好投资回报率，有助于提升公司抗风险能力。
