智通财经APP讯，博雅互动(00434)发布公告，集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的收益预期会较集团截至2023年12月31日止年度增长约15%至20%左右(截至2023年12月31日止年度：约3.95亿元)，主要由于(i)集团持有的加密货币获得数字资产增值收益;及(ii)集团一定在线运营活动的举办及对于游戏产品和玩法的持续优化，使得集团网络游戏运营收益增加。
集团截至2024年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占利润预期会较2023年12月31日止年度增长约640%至680%左右(截至2023年12月31日止年度：约1.17亿元)，主要是由于(i)集团截至2024年12月31日止年度所持有的加密货币的公平值较购买成本有所增加;(ii)集团截至2024年12月31日止年度取得收益较2023年同期有所增加;及(iii)集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的股权投资合伙企业等金融资产的公平值下降相比2023年同期下降较少。若剔除数字资产及股权投资合伙企业等金融资产的公平值变动等非经营一次性因素的影响，集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占利润，预期较2023年同期增加约5%至15%左右，主要由于收益预期较2023年同期有所增加。
