公司周一(17日)于联交所发公告指，持股74.26%大股东Toridoll提出私有化建议，每股现金要约价1.58元，较停牌前溢价75.56%，涉及最高现金代价约5.56亿元。计划生效后，公司将申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。(js/u)
