2月19日，协鑫科技（03800）发布公告，宣布自2025年2月19日起，朱战军不再担任公司联席首席执行官，朱共山接任该职位，同时孙玮被委任为副主席。此人事变动是基于公司业务发展及运营需求作出的调整，朱战军先生将继续担任执行董事及董事会副主席，专注于融资及政府关系相关工作。
朱共山，67岁，是公司的创办人，自2006年7月起担任执行董事兼董事会主席。孙玮自2016年9月起为执行董事，负责公司的财务融资和金融策略，具有超过25年的相关经验。此次人事变动不会影响与朱共山、朱战军及孙玮之间的服务合约条款及酬金金额。
