公告称，报告期内，集团坚持聚焦主营业务发展战略，持续深耕现有产品市场，通过优化产品结构和提升运营效率，增强盈利能力。同时，集团加大研发投入力度，积极推进技术创新和产品升级，推动业务规模稳健增长，整体经营业绩稳中有升。
于报告期末，公司股本为人民币23319.37万元，较报告期初增长35.99%，主要是由于公司于报告期内实施并完成资本公积转增股本，共发行新股6678.27万股所致。
