　　尝高美集团（08371）发布公告，于2025年2月17日，公司根据于2017年12月20日采纳的购股权计划向集团若干合资格雇员授出354万份购股权，以认购公司每股面值0.10港元的普通股，惟须待承授人接纳后方可作实。授出将赋予承授人权利认购合共354万股股份，占公司于本公布日期已发行股本总额3.8亿股的0.93%。
