Company Has Raised Dividends Every Year Since 2012

HAMILTON, Bermuda, February 19, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE:AGO) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share, an increase of 10% from the quarterly dividend of $0.31 per common share that was declared on November 8, 2024.

The dividend is payable on March 19, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2025.
