智通财经APP讯，金山科技工业(00040)公布，于 2025 年 2 月 19 日，该公司向柔佛投资机构 (Invest Johor) 提交集团在柔佛 - 新加坡经济特区 (Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone) 的投资意向书，柔佛投资机构是马来西亚柔佛政府的主要投资促进机构。
按照意向书，该公司计划透过其拥有 95.34% 股权的附属公司 GP 能源科技有限公司分阶段投资总值约1.5亿美元以建立一座先进的镍基电池制造设施和研发中心，进一步扩展其可持续能源方案业务。集团预计在 2025 年下半年开始在现有制造设施进行试产，并通过政府补助和股权融资等渠道进行投资，于 2028 年开始正式投产，并应对人工智能发展和数据中心行业需求趋势逐步提升整体供应。
此项投资正好因应关键基础设施(特别是数据中心)以及数位经济中的智能工业应用对安全、可靠和可持续即时能源解决方案的持续增长需求，发挥重要作用。
