智通财经APP获悉，从玉智农(00875)一度涨超50%，截至发稿，涨38.89%，报0.75港元，成交额140.2万港元。
消息面上，中国金控公告，公司英文股份简称将由“CHINA FIN INV”更改为“CONGYU INTE AGR”，而公司中文股份简称将由“中国金控”更改为“从玉智农”，以于联交所买卖股份，自2024年7月31日上午九时正起生效。公开资料显示，自1998年以来，中国金控扎根从化，发展成为国家级现代农业重点龙头企业和全球食材供应链企业。同时，公司也是供港蔬菜生产基地、农产品出口示范基地及大型全品类食材供应商。
值得注意的是，中国金控后续计划建设大规模果蔬生产基地、三产融合型田园综合体、净菜预制菜产业基地、渔光互补光伏产业基地等多种农业综合产业基地，积极拓展农业农产品农村相关产业领域，为农产品供应链提供包括投融资、国际贸易、科研检测、仓储物流等全方位服务，旨在打造产业覆盖面广阔、带动性强劲的综合性现代农业旗舰企业集团。
