西方石油(OXY.US)Q4同比由盈转亏 12亿美元出售部分上游资产偿还债务
智通财经APP获悉，西方石油(OXY.US)于周二公布了第四季度财报，由于环境责任和油价下跌的影响，公司出现了亏损。
第四季度布伦特原油期货平均价格同比下跌，主要受到主要经济体放缓导致的需求担忧以及欧佩克+集团推迟计划中的供应增加并将深度减产延长至2026年底的双重打击，凸显了市场需求疲软。
截至12月31日的季度，公司报告亏损2.97亿美元，而上年同期则实现了10.3亿美元的盈利。
该公司表示，第四季度原油平均实现价格为每桶69.73美元，低于上年同期的每桶78.85美元。
上个月，这家美国页岩油生产商已预警称，其第四季度生产的原油价格较低。
该公司还指出，由于近期联邦法院的一项裁决，长期环境责任增加也对收益造成了负面影响。
但经调整后每股收益为80美分，超出分析师平均预期的70美分，这得益于产量的提高。
全球范围内，季度日均产量同比增长18.6%，达到146万桶油当量。
另外，西方石油在本季度已达成两笔交易，将部分上游资产出售给不具名买家，交易总额达12亿美元。
此次交易涉及的资产包括落基山脉地区的非运营资产以及二叠纪盆地中不属于公司近期开发计划的部分资产，预计将在本季度末完成交割。
该公司表示，计划将此次交易所得用于偿还债务。
西方石油透露，继去年8月完成对私有企业CrownRock的120亿美元收购后，已在第四季度实现了45亿美元的短期债务偿还目标。
