智通财经APP获悉，知行汽车科技(01274)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.54%，报22.8港元，成交额2.28亿港元。
消息面上，知行汽车科技公布，已于2月17日完成配售1119.02万股配售股份，每股配售股份20.88港元，净筹约2.28亿港元。公司此前指，配售事项所得款项净额拟用于：60%用于提升高阶智驾、驾舱一体解决方案及产品的研发，10%用于有关提升研发设施及生产设施的资本开支，5%用于扩大海外销售及服务网络，及25%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
东吴证券此前指出，知行科技通过自研算法+软硬件协同，成为中国自动驾驶解决方案的优秀供应商。东北证券表示，智能驾驶行业潜力巨大，渗透率逐步提升将带来产业链发展大机遇，公司作为自动驾驶领域的佼佼者，有望实现充分享受行业发展红利，收入和盈利将进一步提高。
