智通财经APP讯，晨鸣纸业(01812)公布，截至本公告日期，公司的黄冈基地正常生产，寿光基地部分生产线已恢复生产，已恢复产能占比23.23%，其他生产基地正在停机检修。由于公司生产基地实施停机检修时间已满3个月，未能大面积恢复生产，根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》第9.8.1条第(五)款规定“生产经营活动受到严重影响且预计在3个月内不能恢复正常”，公司A股、B股股票交易触及其他风险警示情形。
根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》第9.1.5条规定，公司A股、B股股票交易将于2025年2月20日停牌一天，自2025年2月21日复牌恢复交易并实施其他风险警示。实施其他风险警示后，A股的证券简称由“晨鸣纸业”变更为“ST晨鸣”，证券代码为“000488”;B股的证券简称由“晨鸣B”变更为“ST晨鸣B”，证券代码为“200488”。公司A股、B股股票交易的日涨跌幅限制由10%变更为5%。
