China Electronics Optics Valley Union Renews Lease of Properties in Wuhan CEC Minpin Park, China

A China Electronics Optics Valley Union (HKG:0798) subsidiary agreed to renew the lease of certain properties in Wuhan CEC Minpin Park with Wuhan China Electronics for another three years, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The properties, for which the current lease expired on Jan. 25, have a total gross floor area of 16,727.9 square meters and are located in Wuhan CEC Minpin Park Phase I, 10 Financial Harbour Road Four, East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, Wuhan City, China.

The renewed lease's term started on Jan. 26, 2025, and will expire on Jan. 25, 2028, with 4.7 million yuan as the annual for the first year of the lease, and 5.0 million yuan for the second and the third years of the lease.

The properties will be used for research and development or as production facilities.
