金吾财讯 | 中国环境资源(01130)公布，预期集团截至2024年12月31日止六个月之未经审核综合亏损与2023年同期亏损约45,300,000港元相比将减少不少于60%。董事会认为有关减少乃由于截至2024年12月31日止六个月之下列事项之综合影响所致：(i)由于对产品的需求减少，导致收益减少至约29,800,000港元，并导致毛利减少至约6,400,000港元；(ii)行政及营运开支减少至约18,200,000港元；(iii)投资物业公允值收益约1,300,000港元；(iv)生物资产公允值变动减去出售成本产生之亏损减少至约2,800,000港元；(v)融资成本减少至约3,000,000港元；及(vi)所得税抵免减少至约1,100,000港元。
