智通财经APP讯，思捷环球(00330)发布公告，预期集团于本年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)将取得未经审核股东应占净亏损约11.72亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(比较年度)的股东应占净亏损约为23.39亿港元。
公告称，如公司之前公告所述，导致附属公司脱离综合入账的公司欧洲及美国附属公司的破产程序乃由于不利的营运环境导致，包括通胀导致的高成本、提高的利率及能源价格以及冠状病毒疫情后的影响。历史遗留成本(如规模不当门店长期租赁的高租金、过度臃肿的劳动力成本及产能过剩物流设施相关费用)加重了附属公司的负担。在此背景下，集团本年度收益减少73%至15.93亿港元，导致毛利减少76%至5.91亿港元。集团重组亦导致亏损缩减，主要由于附属公司脱离综合入账产生一次性收益约30.74亿港元，以及营运成本减少21.95亿港元。然而，亏损缩减亦被一次性的(i)商标减值亏损、使用权资产减值亏损、物业、厂房及设备减值亏损、以及终止确认商标亏损合共约20.40亿港元;及(ii)存货拨备及应收账款减值拨备合共约12.74亿港元所部分抵销。公司已开始从其遗留的业务基础设施中(包括其生产、分销及零售业务需要大量的资本开支)转型。展望未来，公司现有更好的条件追求轻资产及以授权为重心的业务模式，从而以可持续的方式将思捷环球全球品牌的变现能力最大化。
